All client credentials and account access are treated with strict confidentiality and are used solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services. Upon termination of the engagement, Finchbyte will return or remove its access to all client accounts within 5 business days.
Finchbyte will make every effort to meet agreed delivery timelines. In the event of unforeseen delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (technical outages, third-party platform disruptions, illness, or force majeure events), we will notify the client promptly and provide a revised timeline.
