Service Delivery Policy

At Finchbyte, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional digital marketing services on time and to the highest standard. This Service Delivery Policy outlines how we manage project onboarding, timelines, communication, and the delivery of all work products for our clients.

1. Project Onboarding

Upon confirmation of an engagement (signed proposal or receipt of advance payment), Finchbyte will initiate the onboarding process within 2–3 business days. Onboarding includes:

  • Assignment of a dedicated account manager or project lead
  • Sharing of an onboarding questionnaire or discovery call to gather brand information, goals, and access credentials
  • Setting up shared project management or communication channels
  • Agreement on timelines, milestones, and reporting frequency

Delays in providing required information, approvals, or access credentials from the client side may result in adjusted delivery timelines.

2. Service Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines by service are as follows (subject to scope and complexity):

  • SEO Optimization: Initial audit and strategy within 5–7 business days; ongoing monthly deliverables per agreed schedule
  • Social Media Marketing: Content calendar and first batch of posts within 5–7 business days of onboarding
  • Content Marketing: First drafts delivered within 5–10 business days depending on volume and type
  • Email Marketing: Campaign drafts delivered within 3–5 business days per campaign
  • PPC Management: Campaign setup and launch within 3–5 business days after ad spend approval
  • Web Development: Timeline defined in individual project scope; typically 2–8 weeks depending on complexity
  • Video Editing: Turnaround of 3–7 business days per video depending on length and revision requirements

All timelines are contingent on timely receipt of client materials, feedback, and approvals.

3. Deliverable Review and Approval

All deliverables are shared with the client for review and approval before final publication or submission. Clients are expected to:

  • Review and provide feedback within the agreed turnaround time (typically 3 business days)
  • Consolidate feedback into a single round of revisions unless additional revision rounds are included in the package
  • Communicate approval clearly in writing (email or project management tool)

Finchbyte includes a standard number of revision rounds as specified in the service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

4. Communication and Reporting

We are committed to transparent, consistent communication throughout every engagement. Our standard communication practices include:

  • Dedicated point of contact (account manager) for all project-related communication
  • Monthly performance reports for retainer services (SEO, Social Media, PPC, Email)
  • Campaign-level reports shared following major milestones or at agreed intervals
  • Availability via email and WhatsApp during business hours (Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST)
  • Response to client queries within 1 business day

5. Access and Credentials

Clients are required to provide Finchbyte with necessary access to relevant platforms (website CMS, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, social media accounts, etc.) to perform the agreed services.

All client credentials and account access are treated with strict confidentiality and are used solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services. Upon termination of the engagement, Finchbyte will return or remove its access to all client accounts within 5 business days.

6. Delays and Force Majeure

Finchbyte will make every effort to meet agreed delivery timelines. In the event of unforeseen delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (technical outages, third-party platform disruptions, illness, or force majeure events), we will notify the client promptly and provide a revised timeline.

Finchbyte is not liable for delays caused by the client's failure to provide timely approvals, materials, or access.

7. Project Completion and Handover

Upon completion of a project or termination of an ongoing engagement, Finchbyte will:

  • Deliver all final approved assets and files to the client
  • Provide documentation or handover notes where applicable
  • Remove Finchbyte team access from all client accounts within 5 business days
  • Archive project records for a period of 12 months
