Accessibility Statement

Last updated Oct 1, 2026

Finchbyte wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use https://finchbyte.com and our client portal.

1. Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, which supports the European Accessibility Act, EN 301 549, the US Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), India's Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016 and similar laws.

2. What we do

  • Semantic headings, landmarks and a "skip to content" link for keyboard and screen reader users.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and labels on every form field.
  • Sufficient colour contrast, visible focus indicators and layouts that work when zoomed to 200% and on mobile.
  • No content that flashes, and motion that respects your device's "reduce motion" setting.
  • Cookie choices and forms that can be used with a keyboard only.

3. Known limitations

Some older documents (such as PDF reports) and third-party content (such as embedded videos or social media posts) may not be fully accessible. If you need them in another format, ask us and we will provide it.

4. Feedback and help

If you have difficulty using any part of the site, contact our contact page or available on request. Tell us the page and the problem. We reply within 5 working days and, where we can, provide the information in another way in the meantime.

5. Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the accessibility or equality body in your country.
