Urjiva: Organising E-commerce Inquiries and Purchase Follow-Up
An owned or managed brand example showing a verified CRM structure for inquiries and purchase follow-up, supported by a dated GA4 event snapshot.
Relationship disclosure: This project concerns a business owned or managed by Finchbyte's owner. It is not an independent client endorsement.
Business and background
Urjiva is a nutraceutical e-commerce brand serving customers in India. The project focuses on keeping customer interest, product questions and purchase follow-up organised.
The challenge
The operational objective was to give the team a consistent way to distinguish new inquiries, product interest, abandoned carts and order-related conversations. No pre-project loss rate or response-time baseline has been verified.
The workflow
The current Setu CRM configuration includes a WhatsApp Inquiry data-source stage and a sales pipeline covering product views, cart activity, checkout, order confirmation and repeat purchase. A sampled WhatsApp inquiry was present in the cart-recovery stage at review. This verifies that the structure and a relevant record exist; it does not establish that every inquiry is captured automatically or that every follow-up is sent.
Verified observations and period
For October 19–25, 2026, GA4 property 440881643 recorded 85 view_item events, 2 add_to_cart events, 1 begin_checkout event and 1 purchase event. These are recorded event counts, not verified unique customers or reconciled paid orders. The CRM configuration was reviewed on October 26, 2026.
Evidence and limits
Evidence reviewed: live GA4 event report and Setu CRM pipeline configuration and sampled lead record. No customer contact details are included here. A purchase event may include test activity; no revenue uplift, recovery rate or causal impact is claimed.
